To report a problem or concern regarding traffic control devices, call us (see below) or send us an e-mail. Don't forget to include the location and nature of the problem, a contact name and a telephone number with your message.

For problems with Damaged or Missing signs

For operational problems with parking meters

For critical problems with a traffic signal such as the signal not operating (no power), signal in flash, one or more light bulbs burnt out, etc.

For non-critical problems or questions such as the timing or synchronization of traffic signals

For repairs on streets, lanes, sidewalks or curbs
